The price includes: Electricity, Water, Gas for cooking, use of the swimming-pool ( May 1 st - Sept. 26 th ), weekly change of sheets and towels. The prices excludes: Telephone, Heating in cooler season, hose-cleaning ( 150 €).
***On request the minimum stay during the low season (26 - 10 :::: 13 - 04 ) can be less than one week.Payment policy : Within 3 days of receiving the booking confirmation a payment of 30% of the total bill is required (payment by bank transfer or by credit card). The final payment is due on arrival ( by credit card or cash) . Cancellation policy: By cancellation of the booking the following charges apply:
Until 51 days before arrival 30% of the rental costs,between 50 and 31 days before arrival 50%, between 30 and 11 days before arrival 70% of the total rental costs.
By cancellation 10 days or less before arrival the total rental costs have to be paid. By no show the total rental costs have to be paid.Check In - Check Out Time Check In and Check Out only on Saturdays;
Check In between 14:00 (noon) and 5:00pm.
